Where can I get the following, Italian sausage, mashed garlic, chopped bacon, cream, chicken broth?
Russet potatoes, and kale. My gf is making me some Zuppa Tuscana and I just want to know where to buy components. I Lieve in southern California. I want to know specific stores, and so on.
Adrian: You're a great guy to do this for your girlfriend and it's really easy! Articles of any grocery store with a butcher's meat will solve your problem. Do not go to a meat box store like WalMart shopping etc! All meat is prepared beforehand and sent him. If you have an Albertsons that would your best bet. Otherwise: Buy Johnsonville Brats (Italian) and pull the meat off the carcass. Very good! Bacon bits: buy a pound of thick bacon and sliced in small pieces. (Fry, if you would like to give their ready to work.) For the Worlds Best Chicken Soup: Buy Brand: Knorr (chicken broth). This is a flavored broth chicken and can be purchased in Mexican Spice Island Department or any grocery store. Wal-Mart carries this item. (You can also buy meat.) Heavy Cream: This is easy. In the dairy department. buy cream. It comes in a pint or half pint. Not only whip cream pouring like normal. Garlic puree: This is a bit more difficult and can be found in the section of the specialty cheese department. (Sometimes in the production dept.) If you can not find garlic puree: Peel cloves garlic, crushed with a knife and kitjchen and add to softened butter. (This can also be spread on garlic toast. Adrian, WalMart is usually the best place to buy most of your items and the price is probably the lowest in all stores. Please get help, because employees are here to help!.
